Backpacking trip part 2
So i just got back from my backpacking trip or so you can call it. Apparently we couldn't get the vans in order to go to the trail we were supposed to be going to so Jeff Smith decided to stay on the slippery rock campus and go through the woods here, and then go on the ropes course. This was alot of fun! We set up our tents, and then we also ate from stoves that we brought with us. I enjoyed this much more because of my sickness, and also we didn't have to spend the night outdoors. I was kind of sad though because backpacking would have been fun, and I spent alot of money on supplies for the trip but this day was fun. I overcame my fear, and climbed up on the ropes course, and I also zip lined which i never thought I'd do!I was glad we got the chance to do all of this because it was well worth it. We still practiced out trust building, and we all bonded very well. I learned alot about the people in my class, and everyones pretty sweet!

Ya i was alittle bit disapointed we didnt get to actually camp out in the woods. But at the same time i am kinda glad, because it got really cold that night. I would have much rather done the ropes course. That was an experience i dont think i will find any where else. The name game we played during lunched actually turned out to be a fun activity, and it worked, i can honestlys say i know everyones name in class.
I was kind of disappointed we didn't go on the overnight trip, but by the time the day was over I felt like I got a lot out of it, and I was actually very happy to sleep in my own bed. I never thought I would do some of those activities but I am glad that I did and felt like I accomplished somthing.
